The villa is situated in an historic part of Sao Bras within walking distance of the town centre. Golf can be found around 25 minutes away at Vilamoura, Vale de Lobo, Cabanas and even over the border in Spain.

LIVING ROOM	There are 2 living rooms in this beautiful villa. The main lounge has a 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs. Sky freeview TV. DVD player. The other is a smaller hall /lounge area with a bed settee and CD player with stairs leading to bedroom 2.
MAID SERVICES AND LINEN	Clean towels and bedlinen weekly. Villa will be cleaned at start of your stay.
OUTDOORS	Outside there is a large well kept garden with terrace around the pool area with room for 8 sun loungers and cushions and parasols. There is also a BBQ. Outside the kitchen is a large seating area comprising of 2 tables and ample chairs. There is plenty of room for parking.

*	The nearest airport is Faro which is a 15-20 minute drive away from the villa. A taxi can be booked for your onward journey to the villa as can car hire.
Distances to surrounding areas
*	5 minute walk to the market town of Sao Bras with its many restaurants, cafes and local market and many shops. This villa is within easy reach of most golf courses.The fabulous long and sandy beach at Quarteira is only a 20 minute drive away as is the Falesia beach in Vilamoura. Faro beach is a 15 minute drive away and heading east you can be on the beautiful beach at Ayamonte Spain in less than 1 hour. Golf Golf can be found around 25 minutes away at Vilamoura, Vale de Lobo, Cabanas and even over the border in Spain.

*	There is a daily morning indoor produce market where you can buy fresh fish, fruit and veg. There is also a Saturday market for clothes and gifts. Sao Bras has 3 super markets Lidls being one of them. Sao Bras has a museum and a cinema.
